A warranty serves as protection against defective craftsmanship; it does not guarantee the lifespan of the product or, more importantly, its comfort over time. Even if your current mattress comes with a warranty of 10 to 15 years, this does not ensure it will offer optimal comfort and support throughout that entire period. Changes in your body or lifestyle may necessitate the purchase of a new mattress.

Limited Warranty & Guarantee
What does a Limited Warranty & Guarantee entail?
- The factory guarantee covers repair or replacement for defects in workmanship and materials, but it does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, abuse, misuse, or negligence.
- The service warranty period follows the guarantee period, during which the customer is responsible for the costs of repair or replacement on a pro rata basis for the remaining duration of the service warranty.
